Revonox^® U-5035

Revonox^® U-5035 is a premium liquid anti-scorching heat stabilizer, designed specifically for polyurethane (PU) foam applications. It is formulated without BHT or amine-type stabilizers, ensuring minimal impact on the inherent color of PU foam.

For best results, it should be added to the polyol before the foaming process. Typically, a dosage of 0.3% - 1.0% suffices for most applications. However, in flame-retarded PU foam, scorching may escalate, requiring a higher dosage, often exceeding 0.5%.

To further enhance long-term heat stability, additional stabilizers such as hindered amine light stabilizers can be incorporated.
