Revonox^® U-5068L (U-5068L) is a high-performance and multi-function thermal stabilizer specially designed for thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) synthesis. This synergistic blend comprises a proprietary carbon-centered radical scavenger, antioxidants, and heat stabilizers.

As a multi-function thermal stabilizer, U-5068L provides outstanding performances in several respects, including color and melt flow index (MI) control, good hydrolytic stability, and not sensitive to gas-fading. In addition, it displays superior effectiveness to conventional antioxidant systems in improving the thermal yellowing resistance and physical property retention during further oven-curing or thermal aging. In TPU film applications, U-5068L can reduce the generation of fisheye defects.
