Revonox® U-5068S

Revonox^® U-5068S (U-5068S) is introduced to TPU compounders following the success of Revonox^® U-5068L in TPU polymerization. During marketing discussions, TPU compounders encountered the same challenges as upstream TPU manufacturers, including yellowing, hydrolysis, and gas fading. To address these concerns, U-5068S was specifically developed as a solution for downstream TPU compounders.

Recommended Applications

U-5068S is generally used in polyether, polyester, or other modified TPU systems. The recommended dosage is 0.2% – 0.5%. If oven-curing or thermal aging is performed after synthesis, the dosage should be increased to 0.5% – 1.0%.
